Monday Morning Inspiration

Today's Monday Morning Inspiration shows how simply changing the colors, but using the same basic template you can change the look and feel of the card. The wreath cared features the same wreath as last week, but with a Christmas-y twist.

Monday Morning Inspiration

Happy Thanksgiving week. This weeks Monday Morning Inspiration has a definite fall-ish theme. I thought the 5-petal punch made a great wreath. Touch it off with a bit of twine and the Give Thanks stamp embossed in gold. Don't forget our monthly drawing is coming to an end. I will be doing the drawing on Wednesday November 25. You can enter by becoming a follower, subscribing to my blog or by joining my email list. (Leave a comment if you subscribe or want to be added to my email list so I can enter you into the drawing). You can also enter by signing up for my Christmas Cards class (registration deadline is today!!) or by placing a $25 order by Wednesday. (Stampin' Up! is having a Huge Holiday Sale Online now through November 30. Items are bundled and priced 30-50% off.) AMAZING DEALS!! Be sure to check it out on http://www.hollyf.stampinup.net/ .

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. . .I know I sure will!!

Monday Morning Inspiration

Is it Turkey Day yet?? My kids are counting down. In honor of the big day here is a cute little turkey to get you in the spirit of the day! This design is courtesy of my talented sister!! Thanks Shell!!

The base of the card is really rust and chocolate chip card stock. The oval and circle punches are used to create the body and feathers of the turkey. This turkey is very quick and easy, my girls love making their own turkey cards for Grandmas with the punches! The even make cute place setting cards.

Simply Said, Thank You

We had a great night at our stamp class last night! Thanks to those who came!! Here is the third card we made last night. Check back on Monday for my first weekly "Monday Morning Inspiration". Each Monday I will post a new project idea.

This card was made from Stampin' Up!'s "Simply Said" stamp set. The base is real red and is accented with mellow moss and so saffron cardstock. It also uses the 5 petal punch.
